8 and Under

The maximum age for players in this league is 8 years old before January 1^st of the current year and the minimum age is 7 before January 1^st of the current year.  This is a coach pitched league.  In this league the position of catcher is introduced and the concept of stop the lead runner is built upon throughout the season.  Games in this league run an hour and fifteen minutes or six innings, whichever comes first.
