The Smithville Diamonds Bat-a-Thon is our primary fundraiser this season. Did you know that the cost of running the season is far greater than the registration fee for each player? Smithville Diamonds, Inc. (SDI) keeps the registration costs low so that every child within our league boundaries can enjoy the experience of Little League baseball/softball. The SDI Bat-a-Thon is our way of raising the much needed revenue to field our teams, pay for our uniforms, fields, umpire expenses, and scholarships to families in need.
Note: Last year’s Bat-a-Thon revenue helped construct a fence on Field 3.
